In a previous life I was a golfer, and even though I lugged my own clubs here years ago - I have yet to use them! :(
This course in the Mugello, Poggio dei Medici, sounds great - here is a review from a Scottish newspaper of the course, the hotel, and things nearby.
Maybe this spring I will head up there one day for a round...
