Another event happening concurrently with Florens2012 is the Biennale Enogastronomica Fiorentina. There are many, many, food and wine tastings lasting until November 18th. Most of them are in the Piazza San Firenze, very close to the Palazzo Vecchio and the events of Florens2012 (and many of these events are free). Here is the link to the program.
