The weather is cooperating this year - it is mostly sunny and warm and forecast to be that way through the weekend here in Florence. I meant to take a photo (hopefully I will add one later), but the only drawback I see to the gelato festival this year is the price - the "Gelato Card" is 15 euro! Last year it was 7, with a 5 euro top up. I don't know, but I think this price is sort of crazy if you are a family. 2 adults and 2 kids - 60 euro to taste gelato... a little rich.
