A sort of silly article in the New York Times about Florence yesterday - I think some of the generalizations ("greenery, plant life being notably absent from the historic center" - where is the Boboli Garden?) and practical information ("Lunch for two, with wine of course, should cost you about 60 euros") are just flat wrong - but we loved the picture they used - our friend, artist Xhovalin Delia, is pictured in the background:
