Not sure Florence needed another pizzeria... but we have one. And this is part of a strange but growing trend (which we and a lot other people find alarming) of franchise/corporate food in Florence (see here and here). The new place is the "Fratelli la Bufala" at Via dei Neri 76/R (formerly, for decades,
Pasticceria Ruggini). The photo is from their grand opening party the other night, which we missed since half the house has the flu. We'll have to ask around to see how the pizza is I guess.
