This isn't a recommendation - I am not sure that eating at a corporate owned hotel restaurant is a good thing at all - but we got it in the in-box as news and decided to pass it along:
"ORVM, the new bar and restaurant at the Westin Excelsior in Florence features Chef Giuseppe Dalla Rosa's Mediterranean dishes made with fresh seasonal products, accompanied by Tuscan and international wines. ORVM restaurant also offers options such as the Express Lunch, the Wellness menu, and a daily special prix fix."
The Westin is on Piazza Ognissanti - it is a good location if you are the chain hotel type.
