Italians don't really eat a big breakfast - it's true. But I have been down with the flu all week and have hardly eaten anything, so this morning I made myself a real American style breakfast:
That's a couple of real farm fresh eggs, toasted pane Pugliese (bread with salt), and some fried prosciutto (my Italian friends would probably kill me for that one!). And home brewed (drip) coffee made with an espresso grind of course.
