Leonardo da Vinci's Annunciation has made it safely to Japan, and the exhibit opened to the public today:
"To ensure safe passage, the nearly 2 meter by 1 meter painting was bundled into three protective crates filled with shock-absorbers and high-tech sensors to monitor humidity, temperature and stress levels."
